This forum is the place where architect, owner, owner's consultants, prospective contractors, and suppliers discuss the issues that arise during the bidding phase. Team members can ask and answer questions, upload and download files and comment on the discussions that relate to them. A central place for this information means that documents and emails don't get misplaced, they don't fail to make it to all affected team members and they don't get forgotten.
